1. Research-use agreement
All products sold on this website are sold by Auraa Evolving (27041 Messina Street, Highland CA, 92346), trading under the auraa / Aurum Peptides brand, strictly as research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory and research use. For research purposes only. Not for human or veterinary use. Products are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not intended for ingestion or any form of administration to humans or animals.
2. Buyer certification
By placing an order you certify that you are a qualified researcher, institution, or professional acquiring these materials solely for legitimate laboratory research; that you are at least 21 years of age; and that you will handle, store, and dispose of all materials in accordance with good laboratory practice and applicable law. You accept full responsibility for lawful use once materials leave our facility.
3. No representations for human use
We make no representation that any product is safe or effective for any use in humans or animals. No statement on this website constitutes medical, veterinary, or health advice. You agree not to resell or distribute any product for human or veterinary consumption.
4. Orders, pricing and availability
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where qualified-researcher status cannot be reasonably established. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Bundle pricing applies as displayed at the time of purchase.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auraa Evolving is not liable for any damages arising from the misuse of any product, including any use inconsistent with its designation as a research chemical. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
